主要关注注意的内部加工机制及其神经基础，具体涉及选择性注意，尤其是客体注意内部加工机制的研究；另一方面也关注情绪对注意的影响，具体涉及情绪线索和情感客体对注意分配的影响研究。截止2018年，以第一作者或通讯作者在Attention, Perception, & Psychophysics，Consciousness and Cognition，Journal of Personality，Journal of Happiness Studies，Personality and Individual Differences等SCI/SSCI期刊发表论文15篇；主持国家级项目1项，参与国家级、省部级项目多项；并担任Journal of Happiness Studies，Personality and Individual Differences等多个国际期刊审稿专家。
